Bitcoin Ting: Decentralized Crypto Law Firm Dispute Resolution Clause

Dispute Resolution Mechanism: In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising out of or relating to this Agreement or Bitcoin Ting’s services, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through mediation or arbitration.
Mediation: The parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through mediation conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, arbitration shall be pursued.

Arbitration Process: Should mediation fail, any unresolved disputes shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of [specified arbitration institution].
